Sending Flowers Says You Care

When you find out that a coworker has suffered the loss of a family member it seems like there never is a proper thing to say or do. You have to acknowledge that they were out of the office for so long on funeral leave and it seems bit harsh to just say welcome back without letting them know how you feel. Words don’t come easy in those situations but there is something that always conveys your feelings properly. When you send flowers you are letting people know that you truly care.
